Kantar Hires Merkle's Hutchinson as CMO, Insights for NA
Kantar has appointed long-time Merkle exec Erin Hutchinson as Chief Marketing Officer, Insights, North America.
Hutchinson (pictured) joins after more than 22 years at Dentsu-owned data-driven marketing and CXM agency Merkle, where she served as Global CMO for the past two years. She joined the company in 2001 as Director, Event Marketing and was later SVP, Head of Marketing, before becoming CMO, Americas.
In her new role, Hutchinson is tasked with acerating Kantar's North America growth and brand awareness. She will lead marketing initiatives across all aspects of product marketing, demand generation and brand communications, reporting to CEO, Insights North America, Will Bordelon (another former Merkle exec). Bordelon comments: 'With brands facing new challenges in connecting with consumers, it's critical that we are helping our clients understand and respond to the changing dynamics. Erin's skills in delivering powerful thought leadership and insights to market will be invaluable in how we support our clients'.
