Ten New Hires for Thinks Insight & Strategy
In London, Thinks Insight & Strategy (previously known as BritainThinks) has appointed Jon Edwards and Isabelle Evans as Associate Directors, while Elsie Lauchlan joins as Research Director. The firm has also made seven other appointments.
Employee-owned Thinks Insight & Strategy offers clients worldwide strategic insight, communications development, engagement, and behavioural insight and advisory services. Edwards joins after six years at consumer intelligence consultancy Netfluential, where he helped clients gain an understanding of consumers across a variety of sectors, including tech, fintech, media, sports and FMCG. Qual researcher Evans was a Lead at Quantum Consumer Solutions working with clients in the FMCG, pharma, and retail, and charity and public health sectors.
The pair are joined by Lauchlan who spent the previous eight years at Shift Insight, latterly as an AD leading the quant team, overseeing quant processes, data management, and analysis, and supervised mixed-method global projects. In their new roles, Lauchlan will help the company continue to build its quant offer, while Edwards and Evans will continue to grow the corporate sector client base.
Also joining the team are Kunmi Shonubi as a Project Coordinator; Jess Ivankovic as Research Lead; Daisy Kay and Katie Spittle, Senior Research Executives; and Aleena Numaan, Harry Rodgers and Cate Standing-Tattersall, as Research Executives.
