AMV BBDO Names Robyn D'Arcy Head of Data
In London, ad agency AMV BBDO has appointed Robyn D'Arcy as Head of Data, responsible for growing the firm's data offering and expanding its areas of expertise.
Most recently, D'Arcy (pictured) has been a freelancer, before which, she worked for Wunderman Thompson as Senior Insights Lead, overseeing the agency's Social and Search Analytics team and function, and leading in the UX and commercialisation of Loom, the firm's proprietary LinkedIn analytics tool. Earlier, she worked for Four Communications, where she latterly served as Senior Insights Manager.
In her new role, D'Arcy is also responsible for helping clients navigate evolving regulations relating to privacy and the management of first-party data. She will report to the newly appointed Chief Strategy Officer Martin Weigel, and to Heads of Strategy, Lola Neves and Sam Williams, and the latter two comment: 'Robyn brings a wealth of experience, marries data and insight with strategic and creative vision and has the most wonderful, contagious energy. We can't wait to see the impact she will have on getting us to even greater creative and effectiveness heights.'
