New Funds for CX and Loyalty Specialist Bond
Customer experience (CX), loyalty and growth specialist Bond has received an undisclosed amount of 'strategic investment' from private equity firm Mountaingate Capital.
Toronto-based Bond combines insights from research and commercial application through the Bond Behavioral Institute. The company, which now employs more than 800 people in offices across North America and Europe, recently launched a personalization platform called Synapze XI, and BondX, a full-service agency offering.
According to Bond CEO Bob Macdonald (pictured), the firm's new funding reflects the potential for further expansion in both reach and offerings.
