Dentsu Creative Opens Experience Design and Product Lab
Dentsu's global creative network Dentsu Creative has launched an Experience Design and Product Lab in Australia, and appointed Gabriel Tamborini to lead it, in the newly created role of Chief Experience and Product Officer.
The new division brings together the group's creative and experience design teams, to develop innovative products for clients. Tamborini (pictured) joins from IT and business process consultancy Cognizant, where he has served as Head of Design and Experience; before which, he was Experience Design Director at PwC Australia.
In his new role, Tamborini reports to Dentsu Creative ANZ CEO Kirsty Muddle, who comments: 'Dentsu Creative is designed to not only help our partners transform their communications through creativity, but also transform their business. Central to this is housing the best talent in experience, product and service design. Gabe unites creativity and technology to deliver this effectiveness, and at Dentsu Creative he will lead a team of conceptual thinkers, innovation strategists, technologists and experience designers to connect with the scale of our CXM (customer experience management) business.'
