New CFO for Digital Experience Analyst Contentsquare
Digital experience analyst Contentsquare has appointed Benoit Fouilland as Chief Financial Officer, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Contentsquare, which was founded in Paris and now has eighteen offices worldwide, has developed an AI-powered platform which provides contextual insight into customer behavior, feelings and intent - at every touchpoint in the consumer journey - and its insights power the customer experience on more than one million web sites worldwide. Last year, the company launched a solution called Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), which allows businesses to better understand the impact of web site speed on customer experience and conversions, and improve web site performance.
Fouilland (pictured) joins with more than three decades of executive leadership and finance experience. Most recently he was CFO of Swiss private fragrance and taste company Firmenich, where he helped prepare for an initial public offering and the merger with DSM to form DSM-Firmenich. Before this he was CFO of AdTech company Criteo, and he held CFO and exec finance leadership positions at SAP AG and Business Objects SA. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of enterprise digital commerce platform VTEX, where he chairs the audit committee.
