Funds for Lifecycle Management Firm Successeve
Customer lifecycle management platform Successeve, which provides scoring and analytics for each stage of the customer journey and has bases in Paris and in Boston, MA, has raised $2m in Seed funding.
The firm's suite of products aim to help SaaS B2B companies convert leads to sales, with updated pipeline info viewable through an aggregated console; retain and expand clients relationships, via engagement tools for customer success teams; and reduce churn from causes such as expired credits cards and unsuccessful recovery attempts.
According to www.finsmes.com Successeve says the money, which includes funds from private investors, will be used to expand its operations and business reach.
The company was launched by Gilles Samoun (pictured), founder of security and compliance specialist Qualys, and is online at www.successeve.com .
