Behaviorally Welcomes Back Yolanda Yao in Shanghai
US-headquartered shopper and digital marketing consultancy Behaviorally has announced that Yolanda Yao has re-joined the company as Director, Customer Success, based in its office in Shanghai, China.
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients define and diagnose the factors influencing consumer purchasing. Yao (pictured) previously worked for the organisation between 2017 and 2021, before moving to an insight AD role at a strategy consulting firm.
She takes up her new position with experience in shopper strategy, virtual reality for shopper research, customer-centric omnichannel practices and retail brand positioning.
