ISC-CX Debuts 'Review Master' AI Reporting Tool
Customer experience specialist ISC-CX has launched an AI-powered reporting solution called Review Master, to analyse data from mystery shopping programs, voice of customer initiatives and audits, and help clients make informed improvements to their products, services and operations.
Swiss and German-based ISC-CX offers a wide range of services including real-time survey product Voice-2025; POS crowdsourcing app solution Simply Tasks; customised retail audits; and employee surveys - in addition to mystery shopping offers. The new Review Master takes CX data from any source and converts it into 'immediate insights', presenting negative, neutral and positive impact indicators.
Through the tool's interface, executives at all levels can navigate through the data and drill down into each result. The solution can facilitate 'real conversations' between users and an AI analyst chatbot, allowing CX execs to ask questions about the data and receive insights, simulating a conversation with a human analyst.
