QuMind Launches Generative AI Tool
Consumer intelligence platform QuMind has launched the first in a new 'QuAI' product series of generative AI tools, claiming the new solution will reduce the time users require for analysis and report development from 'two days to ten minutes'.
London-based QuMind offers intelligence into customers' wants, needs and behaviour through its platform, which provides access to qual, quant and data analytics tools in one place, and connects to 145 million consumers worldwide. The firm's first 'QuAI' product will enable users of the QuMind platform to create reports analysing quant and / or qual data through the use of the Open AI language model.
Users of the new tool will be able to automatically generate top line summary reports, as well as more 'comprehensive reports', from their consumer insights, create an overview of the survey and draw out the key findings. Additionally, users can proactively interrogate the data by asking open questions - from those relating to the demographics of the respondent, through to which concept consumers liked the best.
CEO Mark Ursell (pictured) comments: 'We launched QuMind at the heart of the dot-com boom in 1999, when it became clear how the Internet was changing the game for market research. We recognise the industry is at a similar, if not bigger tipping point today, and want to ensure that our customers are able to take advantage of the productivity and accuracy improvements that AI will bring when generating customer insights'.
