Publicis Buys eCommerce Agency Corra
Marcoms network Publicis Groupe has acquired eCommerce agency Corra, which helps clients to serve personalized experiences designed to convert traffic into revenue, especially on mobile. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New York -based Corra, which has additional offices in the US, UK and India, helps build digital storefronts for eCommerce companies across the retail, food and beverage, technology and electronics, health and wellness, and B2B sectors. Key services to support the launch of commerce apps include roadmap building, customer experience strategy and segmentation, and one-to-one personalization, as well as customer behavior analysis, UX enhancements, and competitor and ecosystem review.
Following the buy the Corra team will join digital transformation consulting company Publicis Sapient, with CEO Ron Bongo (pictured) and co-owners CTO Michael Harvey and President Rachel Weir reporting into the company's Commerce practice leadership.
