Day One Strategy Names Global Head of Operations

In London, healthcare consulting and market research firm Day One Strategy has appointed former Ipsos exec Joel Jitell as Global Head of Operations.

Launched in 2019 by Abigail Stuart, who previously served as Hall & Partners' Global CEO of Health, and Hannah Mann, who was Hall & Partners' Managing Partner, European Health, Day One Strategy combines technology with human intelligence to better understand customers' wants, needs and behaviour. Jitell (pictured) joins with more than two decades' of experience across project management, operations and business transformation.

Most recently he served as Senior Director of Business Transformation at Ipsos, leading the European healthcare business; and he was co-Chair of Belong, Ipsos' Inclusion and Diversity Programme. Earlier he worked as Operations Director at Hall & Partners Europe, having previously been the firm's UK Health Operations Director.

In his new role, Jitell will be responsible for overseeing operations across the UK and US.
