CX Specialist BARE Makes Senior Changes
In the US, family-owned customer experience specialist BARE International has appointed Jason Bare as company President, replacing Michael Bare who has been named Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO Dale Bare has announced her retirement.
Founded in 1987 by Dale and Michael, BARE International was initially a mystery customer research company, and now provides customer experience research, data, and analytics for companies worldwide. The firm is headquartered in the Washington, DC suburb of Fairfax, Virginia, with ten offices around the world, including in Madrid, Spain.
Jason has worked for the company for more than thirteen years, and most recently served as Global VP, with oversight of the firm's global offices. Michael will take over as CEO, as Dale retires after serving as CEO for 36 years, although she will continue to provide advisory support as the CEO Emerita.
Michael says that Dale leaves a legacy that remains 'vital' for the company's continued growth. Dale adds: 'In 1987, I could never have imagined that with only $12 worth of business cards and an electric typewriter in our home basement, we would grow to become a global business supporting over 165 countries. Together, we have expanded into new markets and launched innovative services, positioning BARE International as an industry leader.'
