Basis Health Adds Two in US
In the US, life sciences strategy and insight consultancy Basis Health has appointed former ZS Associates execs Mark Rushek as a Senior Director and Caleb Yoder as a Senior Executive. They are both based in the Chicago area.
 Basis Health is headquartered in NYC and also has offices in London. The firm delivers custom commercial strategy insights engagements, leveraging data collected through primary market research, secondary analytics and real-world evidence. Rushek (pictured) joins after nine years at healthcare management consultancy ZS Associates, where he latterly served as Business Consulting Manager. His insights and analytics experience spans all aspects of commercialization of life sciences products, including opportunity assessment, market landscaping, segmentation, value proposition, creative, branding, channel strategy, tracking and forecasting, through to optimizing post launch performance.
Yoder spent nearly three years at ZS, latterly as Associate Consultant in the firm's Marketing and Customer Insights practice. Earlier he worked for Kingsley as a Project Analyst, designing research tools for real estate and property management consulting services, and for SeventySix Capital as a Sports Technology Investment intern.
