CleverTap Names Chief Revenue Officer

In India, customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has appointed Sidharth Pisharoti as Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with driving growth across India, META and Asia Pacific.

CleverTap helps app-first brands personalize and optimize their consumer touchpoints to improve engagement, retention and lifetime value - this includes provision of audience analytics, deep segmentation, multi-channel engagement, product recommendations and automation, via a unified product. In May, the firm rolled out its services in the United Arab Emirates, through data centers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Pisharoti (pictured) joins after more than sixteen years at content delivery network Akamai Technologies, where he led sales teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and LATAM and latterly served as Regional Vice President - India and South-East Asia. He began his career at technology services and consulting company Wipro.

In his new role, Pisharoti will also be responsible for designing and executing the company's go-to-market strategy.
