Non-Profit Specialist SIGMA Data Insights Acquired
In the US, marketing, advertising and data platforms specialist iSOCRATES has acquired membership industry and non-profit sector specialist SIGMA Data Insights. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SIGMA Data Insights' data scientists specialize in converting big data into insights, and ensuring clients' data is updated with all key insights. The firm delivers analytics, strategy, and marketing technology solutions to drive customer retention, growth, and acquisition, and makes data accessible and ready to analyze.
Through the deal, SIGMA joins MADTech (MarTech, AdTech, and DataTech) firm iSOCRATES, and long-time SIGMA CEO and principal owner Stefan Willimann (pictured) will join iSOCRATES as a Partner and Practice Lead. The combined company, which will be known as iSOCRATES, employs 50 data and analytics professionals, as well as more than 100 software and data engineers, and media and marketing platform specialists.
