Seed Funds for Customer Engagement Platform Odore
In the UK, direct-to-consumer customer engagement platform Odore has raised $5m in a seed round of funding, which it will use to expand its team and business globally, and launch new tools.
Launched in 2020 by Armaan Mehta and Karan Gupta (pictured), Odore integrates data analytics with user experience (UX) analysis, to create and personalise brand-customer interactions. Users can build consumer groups based on specific criteria and connect and target existing customers, as well as retargeting those from previous acquisition campaigns. The platform also offers access to a dashboard offering users a detailed analysis of the performance of their multi-channel campaigns, and unlock insights into customers through first-party data.
Seed funds come from Fuel Ventures, with participation from existing investors. Mehta comments: 'The challenges that today's industry faces are complex, and we founded Odore to provide solutions that are not only comprehensive but also transform the way brands strategise, operate and connect. With this latest funding round, we're delighted to have Fuel Ventures on board for our next chapter'.
