Noble Predictive Insights Names Chief of Research

In the US, nonpartisan public opinion polling, MR and analytics firm Noble Predictive Insights has appointed election analysis specialist David Byler as Chief of Research.

Formerly known as O.H. Predictive Insights, the firm offers customized strategic research, focused on impact and delivering prioritized services for each client on an individual basis. Byler (pictured) previously worked for The Washington Post as Data Columnist, finding, cleaning and modeling data, then making visualizations and writing associated copy - and was responsible for building the organization's Post Opinions Simulator. Before this he was Staff Writer and Chief Elections Analyst at The Weekly Standard, where his biggest project was a daily-updated probabilist forecast of Senate control, called SwingSeat. Earlier in his career Byler was an Elections Analyst for RealClearPolitics.

He is also co-author of three election analysis books: A Return to Normalcy? The 2020 Election that (Almost) Broke America, The Blue Wave: The 2018 Midterms and What They Mean for the 2020 Elections, and Trumped: The 2016 Election That Broke All the Rules.

In his new role, Byler takes over the position Mike Noble has occupied since launching the company in 2016.
