CoLoop Debuts 'AI Copilot' for Qual Research
In the UK, a group of AI sector specialists are launching a qualitative research analysis chatbot called CoLoop, through which researchers can upload interviews, ask questions and receive referenced answers which instantly link back to verbatim and audio / video evidence.
Established earlier this year by Jack Bowen and Adrien Wald, the co-founders of AI app Genei, and Genei's former CMO Alex Coonar, CoLoop's chat-style tool is designed to help users uncover hidden themes with AI and 'save hours' on qual analysis. The tool can be used to transcribe interviews, analyse qualitative data, and help write reports with generative AI. New features including video editing, workflow automations and surveys will be launched soon.
CoLoop is currently in closed beta and is being piloted with around 50 market research agencies and organisations worldwide, with a full public launch expected before the end of 2023. In a statement, Coonar said: 'We've been piloting with a number of global leaders in market research and have found the tool can save days on each project'.
