Discuss Tie-In Enhances Alida Video Feedback Offer
CX and insights firm Alida and insights platform Discuss have deepened their partnership to extend the former's qualitative research solutions, adding Discuss's moderator capabilities to Alida's managed service offering in its Video Discussions product.
Alida's video feedback solution currently offers access to qualitative experts to manage full-service platform setup, logistical execution, program design, moderation and analysis. The firm's say the new arrangement will add more options for 'true end-to-end support, making CX research effortless and more effective'.
The Video Discussions solution allows clients to conduct virtual focus groups and in-depth interviews with customers, aided by generative AI tech and tapping deeply profiled and opted-in community members.
