Behaviorally Hires SVP, Head of Product
In New York, shopper and digital marketing consultancy Behaviorally has hired Thibault Cousot in the new role of SVP Head of Product, leading continual improvement and expansion of the existing product stack.
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients define and diagnose the factors influencing consumer purchasing. Cousot (pictured) joins from tech market intelligence platform CB Insights, where he was Senior Director of Product Management; before which he spent six years at insight network GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), latterly as Director of Product Management. Earlier he co-founded Emojam, which enables people to communicate through 'expressive, fun and culturally relevant' animated audio stickers on their mobile devices.
In his new role, Cousot will support the further integration of AI and other technologies across the company's package design database, while strengthening the company's commitment to data intelligence innovation. Commenting on the appointment, CEO Alex Hunt said: 'We are delighted to welcome Thibault to the Behaviorally team. With an impressive track record and experience in launching, building, and managing insights and data products, he will undoubtedly prove to be a valuable addition'.
