Escalent Promotes for EVP Global Delivery Role

US-based analytics and advisory firm Escalent, formerly Market Strategies International-Morpace, has promoted Arundhati Mehrotra to the role of Executive Vice President of Global Delivery. She is based in India.

The agency, which combines proprietary data capture methods and technologies with industry expertise and a visualization toolset, was formed when research firms Morpace and Market Strategies International were acquired and merged in 2018. Mehrotra (pictured) joined strategic consultancy Grail Insights in 2006, as Head of CPG Quantitative Research, prior to its acquisitionby Escalent four years later. Since 2021 she has been Escalent's SVP, International Research, managing delivery operations in India, China and the Philippines.

In her new role, Mehrotra is responsible for leading Escalent's delivery team of more than 550 research and advisory professionals, and is tasked with strengthening the company's talent pool, design delivery solutions, evolving the training and professional delivery framework, and supporting new product design and innovation.

She will continue reporting to COO Todd Mundorf, who comments: 'Through Aru's leadership, Escalent's Central Delivery team has doubled in the past two years.
