New Funds for eCommerce Software Firm Shop Circle
In London, eCommerce software provider Shop Circle has raised $120m in a Series A round of funding, through a combination of equity and debt. The investment will be used by the firm to continue building and expanding its suite of eCommerce tools.
Shop Circle is a data and technology-driven company, which has developed proprietary AI tools and process to enhance the scalability of its core operations. In addition to its platform, the company has launched a data-driven tech stack consultation program, which uses AI and hyper personalized data-based insights to help clients deliver 'exceptional customer experiences'.
New funding was led by 645 Ventures and 3VC, with participation from previous backers QED Investors and NfX, with a credit facility provided by i80 Group. Gian Maria Gramondi (pictured), co-founder and COO of Shop Circle, comments: 'Our goal is to equip eCommerce entrepreneurs with the high-performance tools and expertise they need to scale business effortlessly.
