Relo Metrics Forms Advisory Board

AI-powered sponsorship analytics platform Relo Metrics has formed an Advisory Board, comprising Bayer's former Global Media Director Samuel Rueff; Sky Media UK's former MD Jamie West; and Dana Venino, who is currently Relo Metrics' Chief Customer Advisor.

The firm, which was previously known as GumGum Sports, enables brands to track sponsor exposure across live broadcasts, social media and streaming platforms, and delivers insights through a single solution platform. During game play, sponsor logos are visible on a variety of sources: worn by players, on stanchions and field-level signage, digital signage, as well as in the stands, near team benches, and on items that are used by coaching staff and other personnel. The company's AI computer vision models detect and track every logo visible to audiences - during broadcast, streaming video and in content shared via social media - to determine the return on investment for each sponsor.

Members of the new Advisory Board have backgrounds in the broadcast, digital media, sports, entertainment and consumer brand sectors. Their primary focus will be to provide Relo Metrics with business insights and market guidance across the brand, agency, broadcasting and industry organizational landscapes in Europe and the US. They are also tasked with helping build new partnerships and commercial relationships, and identifying partnership opportunities for expanding the sports marketing ecosystems for rights holders, media rights holders and brands.
