Kokoro Hires Blue Yonder's Rogers as New Biz Director
In the UK, full service agency Kokoro Global has appointed long-time Blue Yonder exec Hannah Rogers as New Business Director.
Previously known as ABA Research, St Albans and Leeds-based Kokoro uses a set of proprietary tools and techniques to uncover how consumer emotions can help shape retail propositions, and track both the brand and the customer experience. These tools include 5Drivers, FeelFactor and FeelForward, which focus on understanding emotional connection using both quant and qual methodologies.
Rogers (pictured) joins after more than sixteen years at Blue Yonder Research, which she joined in 2007 as a Research Executive, rising to Qualitative Research Director and most recently Head of New Business and Client Lead.
