Angus Reid Group Hires Chapin-Bayley as President, US

Canada-headquartered opinion researcher the Angus Reid Group has appointed long-time Toluna exec Patricia Chapin-Bayley as President, United States. She is based in New York.

Established in 1979 by pollster Angus Reid, the Group delivers insights and guidance to clients across North America and around the world. Chapin-Bayley (pictured) joins from research, insight and advisory services provider Maru Group, where she was most recently President & MD - West Region + Entertainment & Technology Verticals. Before this she spent more than fourteen years at online community and survey tech provider Toluna, latterly as Group SVP, Technology, Media & Entertainment.

In her new role, Chapin-Bayley will direct operations across America with an emphasis on media, entertainment, financial services and healthcare. She will also oversee the expansion of Angus Reid Forum USA, the group's proprietary market panel of US consumers.
