Acceldata Buys User-Generated Media Analyst Bewgle
In India, enterprise data observability specialist Acceldata has acquired artificial intelligence platform Bewgle, which gathers insights from user-generated content like reviews, social media, videos and images. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Bewgle uses natural language data to gather insight from unstructured text, and analyse large volumes of consumer reviews. Its own advanced AI then generates insights from these reviews, aiming to get users better engagement metrics and ultimately higher sales. Other uses for Bewgle's platform include competitor monitoring, voice of the customer analysis, sentiment analysis, brand promotion, and customer data platform initiatives.
Acceldata says the buy will expand its own capabilities into AI and large language models (LLMs). Bewgle founders Ganga Kumar and Shan Shah, both former Google employees, will lead the AI team at Acceldata and will expand the company's observability offerings for AI.
