Deitch's New Firm to Help Clients Hit the High Notes

In France, former Cint COO JD Deitch has launched Passaggio, a company helping insight and analytics firms among others to achieve operational excellence.

Located just outside Paris, the new company promises to help 'leaders and investors' in tech-enabled B2B service businesses to deliver effectively, scaling and building teams that are 'goal-driven, accountable and collaborative'. In addition to its Business Advisory practice it will offer Executive Coaching and Investment Advisory services.

Deitch was COO of insight exchange and sample management platform Cint from 2019 - the year the firm acquired US-based P2Sample where he was Chief Revenue Officer. Before this he was COO of DIY online survey service Ask Your Target Market (AYTM); SVP (Global Panel & Sampling Operations) at Ipsos; and European Head of Research & Analytics at The NPD Group. In his career he has led a wide range of corporate functions from sales and marketing to operations, product and HR, across a broad spectrum of businesses.
