Change at the Top for Fastuna
Research platform Fastuna has announced the departure of its MD of five years Maria Soroka, and the appointment of Ipsos veteran Rimantas (Rimas) Remontas to replace her.
 Headquartered in the Latvian capital Riga, the company was launched in 2017 and automates research processes to help clients innovate with speed and confidence, validating product and marketing decisions. Soroka spent time at Research International and Accenture, then nearly nine years at Kimberly-Clark, latterly as EMEA Insights Lead for the Intimate Care and Household Care categories. She joined Fastuna in February 2019 and wishing her well the company describes her as 'our biggest cheerleader for the past 5 years' with an 'exceptional' contribution to its growth.
Reimontas (pictured) joins from the role of Global Program Lead at Ipsos MORI, and was previously Chief Client Officer for Ipsos in Moscow. He spent seventeen years in all at the global group, broken by two years at Nielsen from 2008, and began his MR career with roles at OMD and TNS in Lithuania. In his new role he will be based in London.
