NIQ Adds TikTok Shop Sales Measurement
In the US, NIQ - once Nielsen's consumer data division - has launched a service measuring sales on social media eCommerce platform TikTok Shop, offering users data on sales volume, value and market share at the brand level.
NIQ says the new offer equips businesses with the tools to optimize sales performance and gain deeper insights into consumer behavior within a fast-growing marketplace, focused around CPG sectors such as beauty products which lend themselves both to visually appealing promotion and display and to influencer marketing.
The new data is available from this month across CPG categories for NIQ clients on both the Rakuten and Omnisales platforms.
