Chanana to Head Up Toluna and MetrixLab India

Toluna has promoted Dixit Chanana to the role of MD for India, including MetrixLab India and with full responsibility for the development of the Indian business of both brands.

Chanana, who joined the company in 2020 as Country Director for India and is based in Gurugram, will head up commercial activities for both entities, continuing their integration, and build the client base in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. He has twenty years' experience in MR, sales, business expansion, brand building and team leadership.

Ravi Radhakrishnan, the current MD of MetrixLab India, leaves the company for a key leadership role with an FMCG company in India. Milet says Radhakrishnan 'has built the brand over the past few years to be a formidable force in the market', adding: 'I want to thank him for his leadership and contributions to the company, and we wish him nothing but the best in his new journey'.
