Former Credos Leader to Advise MESH Experience
Consumer experience measurement specialist MESH Experience has appointed former Credos leader Karen Fraser as a Non-Executive Advisor.
The company helps clients to understand 'the whole customer experience' and thereby make better marcoms, CX and path-to-purchase investment decisions. Its proprietary Real-time Experience Tracking methodology (RET) aims to help clients see the world through the customer's eyes.
Fraser(pictured) has a background including ten years at the helm of the industry think tank Credos, where she led a publishing program, including the 'Advertising Pays' series of reports showcasing the industry's significance to the UK economy. She began her career as International Research Director at Turner Broadcasting, founded the Ethical Reputation Index, and held product development roles at Carat. In addition to her new position at MESH Experience, she will continue her advisory work with the International Advertising Association UK.
