ARF Names 'Diversity and Excellence' Leader
In New York, the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) has appointed Tom Lynch to lead its Workforce Initiative for Diversity and Excellence (WIDE).
The association has more than 400 members from advertisers, agencies, research firms and media tech specialists. As Director of Programs and Development Lynch (pictured) will be responsible for the management and growth of the WIDE program, which is committed to improving the diversity and excellence of the marketing, research and data analytics workforce through its scholarship and mentorship program.
Lynch has worked as a corporate marketer, agency strategy and insights lead, entrepreneur, social enterprise and nonprofit founder, as well as a manager and consultant to nonprofits and foundations.
Scott McDonald, ARF's CEO and President comments: 'Over the last few years, we have seen firsthand the impact that WIDE has been able to provide for the future of our workforce - from scholarships and mentorships to internships and post-graduate positions .As we look to continue this momentum, we are pleased to have Tom join us.
