Fastuna Launches Auto-Interviewer
Research platform Fastuna has launched a 'conversational agent' named Mia, which it says will deliver insight and generate ideas.
Headquartered in the Latvian capital Riga, the company was launched in 2017 and automates research processes to help clients innovate with speed and confidence, validating product and marketing decisions. Fastuna says its new tool will eliminate the 'arduous, emotionally demanding' traditional interviewing processes.
Mia aims to guide respondents and seek clarifications based on their responses. The tool is multi-lingual, able to instantly translate the guide and ask questions in the respondent's language - and unlike human interviewers, says the firm, it can conduct hundreds of depth interviews in a day.
Users receive interview transcripts and data collected is summarised at both the individual interview and overall level. The report itself is customisable, and allows users to engage with it through a chat interface for specific queries and clarifications.
The firm, which is led by Rimantas Reimontas (pictured) is online at www.fastuna.com .
