Power Digital Buys 'Growth Experimentation' Firm
In the US, growth marketing firm Power Digital has announced the acquisition of Endrock Growth and Analytics, which has offices in the US and in South America and focuses on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), data analytics and science-based 'growth experimentation'.
Endrock was set up by Ned MacPherson in 2019 and already employs nearly 100 people - LatAm offices are in Medellín, Cartagena and Quito. MacPherson will become Power Digital's Chief Growth Officer, overseeing its CRO & Experimentation division which focuses on how clients understand their data and analytics. He will also work closely with Chief Strategy Officer Ben Dutter, to further develop how the firm interprets and analyzes client data.
Power Digital uses proprietary technology called nova to analyze first-party data, and simplify investment planning for marketing and diligence in M&A. The firm says the buy demonstrates its commitment to data intelligence as one of its main 'critical pillars' fuelling clients' success.
Founder and Chairman Grayson Lafrenz (pictured) comments: 'Ned and the Endrock team are world-class at what they do. We were looking for a company like Endrock for years and are thrilled to have finally found the perfect match'. MacPherson says of the deal, 'From my first conversations with Power Digital, I was blown away at what they had built from scratch. Their proprietary nova platform is something every agency wishes they had, but aren't able to execute. Our teams combined are a powerhouse that will transform how clients understand data and show them where they're leaving money on the table'.
