DISQO Promotes for Chief Customer Officer Role
Insights and CX platform DISQO has promoted David Karp from VP of Customer Success to Chief Customer Officer.
DISQO's data comes from more than two million opted-in consumers who share their experiences of brands: clients use the platform to test, measure and optimize their offer across customers and touchpoints.
Karp (pictured) joined in the VP job in September 2021 and the firm says he has since played 'a pivotal role in shaping its customer-first ethos', developing and scaling its Customer Success organization. Prior to DISQO he spent eight years in SVP and EVP roles at Numerator, now part of Kantar; and earlier in his career he worked at IBM, Mintel and ethical culture consultancy LRN.
In his new role he will actively collaborate with DISQO's 800+ customers including brands, agencies, media platforms and market research firms.
