Former Ipsos NA CEO Larini Joins MINT
Former Ipsos and Gartner senior exec Lorenzo Larini has joined Advertising Resource Management (ARM) software firm MINT, headquartered in Milan, as Global CEO. He replaces founder Andrea Pezzi, who moves to a new role as Chairman.
MINT's solution helps clients 'generate their own Advertising Equity', consolidating resources, processes, workflow and data into a single platform to improve the efficiency of advertising operations and optimise impact.
Pezzi will share delegated authority for the first two quarters of 2024 while the CEO role is transitioned.
Larini replaced Pierre Le Manh as Ipsos' North American CEO in September 2021. A native of Tuscany who has also worked in the UK, he brings more than twenty years' IT industry experience, nearly seven of them at Gartner where he combined the roles of Leader of the North American Consulting business and global SVP Executive Programs. At Mint he will be based in New York.
MINT says the hire marks the start of a new phase of global expansion, encompassing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities across key industries and geographies - it also plans to expand its strategic partnerships 'across the entire Enterprise Technology Ecosystem'.
Pezzi says of the change: 'I believe founders must have the ability to become non-essential to their company. Great ideas come to life thanks to the men and women who are drawn to those ideas. I'm proud to have succeeded in making MINT the 'place to be' for people of talent, vision, and ability. Lorenzo's appointment only confirms this and greatly enriches the value of MINT's human capital'.
