Zappi Hires and Promotes for Senior Team
Agile and automated market research platform Zappi has appointed Nataly Kelly as Chief Marketing Officer and promoted Babita Earle from EVP of Global Enterprise Partnerships to International MD. The firm also recently hired Melissa Clucas as CFO.
Zappi says the appointments follow a year of record revenues, in which it launched a consumer-centric ad development system, Amplify 2.0, as well as integrating AI across its offering. The additions to its leadership team are intended to support the global expansion of its research platform.
Kelly (pictured below) brings more than twenty years of experience in building brands and driving growth for technology companies, including a key role in the international expansion of HubSpot, where she oversaw remote teams in South America, Europe and Asia. She is a longtime contributor to Harvard Business Review, the author of three books on how to gain a competitive advantage through international marketing, and also has insight sector experience after serving as Chief Research Officer for CSA Research.
Earle (pictured top) is based in London and joined the company in 2016 from GfK. In addition to the EVP Global Enterprise Partnerships role, she also pioneered and led the company's Insights Alliance, which brings together progressive insights leaders from brands like PepsiCo, Reckitt, Pernod Ricard and Colgate-Palmolive 'to transform and advance the insights industry'.
Clucas is based in Boston and has more than a decade of experience in steering high-growth SaaS enterprises. Her role includes overseeing global finance, accounting, and revenue operations for Zappi.
