Board and Other Appointments for ESA and Perspective
Within the BVA-BDRC group, data collection and analysis firm Perspective Research Services has promoted Jade On to Commercial Director, and Henri Dubier to Client Services Director; while mystery shopping and auditing company ESA Retail has added Ops Director Chris Kennedy to its Board.
In addition, Perspective's Darren Fisher and Tosin Igborn have been promoted to Associate Director, recognising Fisher's 'strong analytical skills and dedication to project accuracy', and Igborn's 'creativity and insightful approach to research methodologies'. Both will now take on increased responsibilities in project management and team leadership.
On and Dubier (pictured) both join Perspective's Board. On was previously Perspective's Business Development Director, and early in he career spent nine years at TNS before spells at WorldOne, RONIN and SSI. In her new role she will oversee all commercial activities, from client acquisition and project management to revenue generation and client satisfaction. Dubier is promoted from AD and is a fourteen-year veteran of the firm, having joined it from university. With 'deep understanding of client needs, and the research landscape', he will now lead the client services team, ensuring quality and service delivery. His commitment to the industry and its regulation have also been recognised by the IQCS through an appointment to its Council.

Kennedy will bring his operational expertise and 'customer-centric vision' to the leadership team of ESA, where he has spent the past dozen years. He heads up the Operations department, collaborating closely with top UK retailers and global brands to develop, deliver, and refine large-scale mystery shopping and price collection programs.
