FS Leader for Ipsos' New Dutch Subsidiary I&O
In Amsterdam, recently-acquired Ipsos I&O has appointed former Aegon Netherlands research leader Jürgen Warnecke as Team Lead Financial Services.
I&O was founded in 1996, focuses on social and political surveys and has clients at all levels of public administrations, institutions and NGOs. It also boasts 'significant' capabilities in data production and analysis, and a large knowledge panel. Ipsos acquired the company just two months ago.
Warnecke bring 25 years' experience of MR and data analytics, from both agency and client sides. He worked at Dutch agencies SKIM and KPN, then moved to insurance, pensions and banking firm Aegon where he has spent the last ten years, responsible for all research for the company in the Netherlands. Most recently, he led the group's Human Data & Insights team, which combines UX specialists, market researchers and data analysts. During this time Ipsos I&O were a supplier of Aegon, and Warnecke says the former's 'expertise and experience in the financial sector make this agency unique in the Netherlands'.

Around 250 of Ipsos' c.20,000 employees work at the global group's Dutch offices in Amsterdam, Rijen and Enschede.
