Upgrade for Analytics Platform Relative Insight
UK-based Relative Insight has announced a major upgrade of its text analytics platform, including summarizing, analysis and segmentation features all powered by AI.
Formed almost ten years ago by two former Lancaster University researchers who had originally developed software to help catch criminals by analysing their online conversations, Relative Insight promises to help client organizations pinpoint why key customer metrics are rising or falling. Its solutions make use of AI-powered natural language processing and advanced comparative linguistics to delve into data from CSAT, NPS and other avenues of customer feedback.
Features of the latest version include AI Summary, which offers instant overviews of data, providing users with critical narrative and metrics for actionable insights directly from their dashboards; an Interactive Data Discovery feature (illustrated) - users can click on charts to quickly investigate trends and gain insights (including Topics Treemap and Relationship Map functionalities); and Instant Splits, which allows users to generate segments directly from interactive charts in Data Discovery.
The company, which last year launched an analysis and visualization tool for the health and pharma sectors, now known as Relative Medical, is online at www.relativeinsight.com .
