Appointments for M.E.L Research
In Birmingham, UK, full service social research agency M.E.L Research has appointed Ayesha Lynn-Birkett as a Senior Research Executive, and promoted Angela Parton to Telephone Unit Manager.

Lynn-Birkett (pictured top) brings experience across a variety of research disciplines, from YouGov where she worked as an RE and SRE for more than four years, and either side of this in two spells at Ipsos, formerly as Research Assistant at Ipsos MORI and then an SRE in Ipsos UK's Social Research Institute.
Parton (pictured below) moves to the newly created Role of Telephone Unit Manager, having joined the company in November 2020 as a telephone interviewer for the PHE Test & Trace project during the Covid pandemic. Six months later she was managing a team of 30 telephone interviewers as a team leader. Earlier in her career she spent two decades working in property management, building skills in team leadership and business development. The firm says her promotion is 'a testament to her remarkable leadership and dedication'.
