Ops Appointment for RMS
In the US, Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) has appointed retail operations veteran Doug Sweet as Administrative Office Coordinator.
 RMS is a full-service research firm located in Baldwinsville, NY, and is the home of focus group facility QualiSight, as well as RMS ViewPoint, a consumer research panel in Central New York.
Sweet (pictured) will serve as the primary contact for general office operations, including administrative duties, HR functions and project establishment / management functions. He brings 25 years of experience from retailer Bed Bath & Beyond, in positions ranging from store level manager to District and Regional Operations Manager, then Regional Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement for the Central Territory. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from State University of New York College at Fredonia, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
