In Washington, DC, WPP-owned research and analytics consultancy PSB Insights has appointed Christopher Frank as its new Chief Client Officer.
Originally Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates and now known as PSB Insights, the firm was acquired by WPP in 2001 and provides research-based consultancy to help corporate, entertainment and political clients optimise their messaging and communications strategies. Headcount is now just over 100. Earlier this month the firm promoted Colleen McCauley to SVP of Marketing, and in January it appointed former Phoenix Marketing International VP Dr. Qi Jiang as Vice President of Advanced Analytics.
Frank, who joins the firm's Executive Team, brings more than two decades of experience building and growing teams, and problem-solving using insights and advanced analytics, from work at American Express and Microsoft. He has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, Inc., TEDx and Fortune; is the author of Drinking from the Fire Hose and Decisions over Decimals; and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. He began his career at Accenture.
'We are delighted to have Chris leading our research and growth teams here at PSB', says Chief Executive Dave Gordon. 'In his career he has designed, executed and led over $200 million in research projects. This depth of experience with informing business decisions within some of the world's most recognized brands will undoubtedly drive innovation within our current and future client partnerships'.
