Funds and Launch for Revenue Intelligence Platform Una
In Toronto, Canada, Una Software has announced the close of a 'significant' funding round and the commercial launch of its platform, which pulls in intelligence from across the customer journey to help revenue teams perform better.
The company's applied revenue intelligence software allows CROs, CFOs and other users to visualize issues across the whole customer journey, 'from lead to renewal to expansion', and confidently allocate financial resources accordingly. The firm says it encourages collaboration across departments to address these issues and align approaches, and helps them turn insights into decisions and tasks that are documented and tracked.
According to Una, its early customers are B2B SaaS companies who are typically reliant on their ERP, CRM and spreadsheet software for such systems at the moment. The platform promises to address 'three main gaps' in current revenue operations: siloed analytics processes for sales, marketing and customer success departments; missing financial data where departments neglect to integrate crucial info; and failure to take action on insights, due to reliance on 'casual, self-managed follow-ups after revenue meetings'.
'Driving revenue growth today is about far more than analytics' says CEO and co-founder Clayton Ramnarine (pictured). 'It involves encouraging cross-departmental teamwork and turning decisions into profitable actions. That's why Una combines analytics, collaboration, and actions that turn into profitable, sustainable revenue growth'. Ramnarine and Executive Chair Don Mal started the company last year.
