RSG Strengthens Senior Team in UK and US

Research Strategy Group (RSG) has anounced three senior appointments: Judy Taylor and Caroline Noon in London, and Joe Beier in the US.

Judy Taylor, Caroline Noon and Joe BeierHeadquartered in Toronto, Canada, RSG is a custom market research & strategic consultancy, combining science, social sciences, and advanced statistics to help clients understand consumers' beliefs and behavior.

Taylor's career has focused on consumer behaviour analysis and strategic consulting. She rose to Deputy MD at London MR agency TRBI during a ten-year stint at the company, and then spent nineteen years as CEO of Leapfrog Research and Planning, and eight as Managing Partner at the Cello Group - since then she has run her own consultancy, served as a Board Member of qual association AQR and worked for four years as an NED at Razor Research.

Noon also worked at TRBI, then briefly at Synovate, before co-founding Vivid Research and Planning in 2007 - she has been a Director there for seventeen years, and is also on the AQR Board (since 2014). Early in her career she worked in paris at Diagnostic Research International. She has particular skill in translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

In their new role, the pair will work closely with RSG's Non-Executive Director for the UK, Danny Russell, as well as its teams in Canada and the US.

In the US, new EVP Beier joins with more than 25 years of experience in insights, consulting and brand marketing. He was a Product Manager and Director client side in the 1990s, at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Church & Dwight and Johnson & Johnson, before going supply side with roles at Meridian Consulting, Interscope (as co-founder and Principal) and latterly GfK, where he spent more than a dozen years, latterly as EVP in the Consumer Insights team. He left GfK a year ago and has been working part-time in his own consultancy. In his new position Beier will further strengthen RSG's analytical capabilities, working closely with the North American team to provide client partners with innovative solutions to their research challenges.
