RED C Boosts London Team
RED C has appointed former BBC Studios and BFI researcher Stella Hill to its London team as a Director working across qual and quant methodologies. Emily Gorman and Jamie-Lee Clarke have also joined the London office as SREs, while Lauren Maclennan has been promoted to Research Manager.
RED C was founded in 2003 by former Lansdowne Market Research executives Richard Colwell and Sinéad Mooney, and provides quant and qual work across sectors worldwide, in addition to monthly polls for the Sunday Business Post: the latter's parent, the Business Post Group acquired RED C in September 2021. The company opened a UK office in 2016 and continues to expand it - it also acquired British agency Relish Research last summer, for an undisclosed sum.
Hill brings more than two decades of media and arts research experience from firms including Capital Radio, Virgin Media. The Guardian, the BFI, and most recently BBC Studios. She also spent seven years in the 2010s as a freelance media researcher, and worked at Global Web Index. Her expertise focuses on understanding audience attitudes and behaviour, and turning this insight into actionable strategies that drive business growth. She is a former client of RED C.
'As we continue to develop the UK business' says UK MD Charlotte Butterworth, 'Stella's deep industry knowledge, and her ability to navigate the complex challenges faced by clients will be an invaluable asset in delivering the exceptional service and insights to our clients that have become a RED C hallmark. Her appointment adds significant value to the work we produce for our clients, and we are excited to welcome her to the team'.
