Potentia Insight Grows Commercial Team with Two Hires

In London, digital MR firm Potentia Insight has added two to its commercial team: Chris Webster joins as a Senior Account Director and James Box as an Account Director.

Chris Webster and James BoxFormed in February 2023 by former Alligator Digital directors Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford, the company offers a range of digital solutions including customer surveys, online panels and communities. Last summer it acquired boutique analytics specialist SigDiff, a brand it retains for its analytics arm.

Webster (pictured above) brings more than fifteen years of MR experience, most recently six in Director roles at Savanta, and before that four and a half as a Client Development Manager at Research Now. Earlier he worked as a mixed method (qual and quant) researcher at Nielsen, Nunwood, Brass and Tuned In Research.

Box (below) has spent a decade in the industry, most recently as a Senior Account Director at Dynata, and earlier over seven years in Account Director roles at Toluna. Recently he has focused on forming lasting partnerships with large FMCG end clients, assisting with their panel and research needs.
