Human8 Appoints Three Regional Leaders within EMEA

Insight consultancy Human8 has appointed three new territory leaders, as it 'redefines' its strategy in EMEA. Paul Child becomes Head of UK, Timo Vandemaele Head of Western Europe and Anita Janssen Head of DACH, with all three reporting to Magali Geens, Managing Director EMEA.

Magali GeensHuman8 now employs more than 800 people across 22 offices, and defines its vision as 'helping brands understand and respond to what matters through a human lens'. The company was known as InSites Consulting until a rebrand fifteen months ago, and its global scope is the result of nine acquisitions in the previous five years: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People. The company has strong roots in work with online communities but now offers a broad range of digital methods.

Geens (pictured) says the territory leader appointments are 'due to the size and scale of the EMEA business', and adds: 'Our new Heads will allow us to be much closer to the needs of our clients, as well as our people in key markets across the region'.

Child, who was a Senior Research Director at Manchester, UK-based Join the Dots when it was acquired by InSites five years ago next month, comments: 'When we joined forces in 2019, it afforded new and exciting opportunities for our research teams and our clients in the UK. I'm delighted that many of our longstanding Join the Dots clients - Nationwide Building Society, The Co-op, Haleon (GSK) and more - have stayed with us these past five years. Leading Human8 UK on the next stage of the journey is equally exciting. We'll continue to connect people to the heart of our clients' businesses by joining up a range of insight methods with the same passion for clarity, actionability and impact that we've always had'.

The company was founded in Ghent, Belgium and is online at www.wearehuman8.com .
