Partnership for Streaming and Sharing Firm DiffusionData
DiffusionData, which provides data streaming and sharing solutions, has partnered with German IT consultancy Technaura to enhance and speed up clients' data distribution.
Technaura provides scalable, secure and real-time data services including big data processing and consolidation, reliable data queues during onboarding, and analytics. A focus is helping clients to modernize legacy data systems and their migration to new microservice-based solutions on-premises or in the cloud. DiffusionData, which has offices in London and Silicon Valley and was formerly known as Push Technology, offers the Intelligent Data Framework, also known as Diffusion, which pulls in large or small volumes of raw data, enhances it and distributes it across enterprises, giving appropriate levels of access to different groups.
The combination of the two companies targets clients in financial services, IoT, telecoms and healthcare, promising 'reliable and secure real-time data distribution at Internet scale'. Both companies have strong knowledge of Apache Kafka data environments and communities, including the optimized and hyper-personalized delivery of data to large numbers of applications.
DiffusionData CEO Grethe Brown (pictured) comments: 'Event data is only useful if you can capture, analyse, and act on it quickly. Failure to handle data in real-time hinders companies from maximising the potential of their data assets. Our partnership with Technaura will accelerate the application of the unique capabilities of Diffusion in support of digital transformation initiatives in many industries'. Technaura CEO Krishna Prasad says the synergy between his firm's cutting-edge technology and DiffusionData's robust data acumen 'will empower clients to achieve unprecedented success through smarter, data-driven strategies'.
